How do I access by website email through a web browser (ex: Internet Explorer)?
All you will need to do is go to your website and type www.yourdomainname.com/webmail/ where you will be asked for your email address and password. Once you are logged in, you will have three web mail options. (Hint: Most people choose squirrelmail)

How do I set-up my email address in my email program: (ex: Microsoft Outlook)?
Follow your email program's wizard and use the following settings:

Username: you@yourdomainname.com
Password: <type in your password here>
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.com
Click <yes> for "My server requires authentication."

I can receive my website email, but I cannot send. Why is that?
If you are able to receive email but you cannot send email, chances are your ISP (Verizon, Comcast, AOL) might have blocked the outgoing email (smtp) port, usually port 25. There are a few "work arounds" for this issue, including

How do I access my Website Control Panel (cPanel)?
To access your website control panel go to www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel and enter in the username and password that you were emailed when your website began hosting with The Good Geeks. To have your password reset, click on the "forgot password" link listed at www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel and a new password will automatically be sent to the website administrator's email address.
